Bharat ki Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav is the theme of the 75th Independence Day celebrations of India to its glorious prosperity, rich history, diverse culture, and population with great achievements. In this movement as the countdown for the 75 th Independence day PM appealed to citizens of India to change their profiles on social media to tricolor as in the Indian flag colors in between August 2 nd to 15 th.Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav is based on six important themes:


Freedom is based on India’s commemoration activities under ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, highlighting the untold stories of freedom fighters. It's a revisit to the milestones and freedom movement for the ones who sacrificed their life for our land. There are many events organized under this theme including ‘Birsa Munda Jayanti’, ‘Shaheed Diwas’, and Netaji’s ‘Declaration of Provisional

Government of Free India’ etc.

IDEAS @75 

The ‘idea@75’ focuses on the events inspired by the ideas and ideals that shaped the country. In addition, it says as a guide for the nation’s ‘period of Amrit Kaal’ in the coming years towards the 100th Independence of India. The world as we know it is changing, and a new one is unfolding. The strength of our beliefs will determine the durability of our thoughts. The strength of our beliefs determines the longevity of our thoughts. The events and programs under the ‘idea@75’ include a variety of popular, participatory events that help bring Indian life to the world. ’Kashi Utsav’ is dedicated to the greats of the Hindi language from the Kashi region, postcard to PM in which more than 75 lakh children are given the opportunity to write their vision of India in 2047 and their views on the unsung heroes of Indian Independence.


Along with the good governance week, constitution day, and other events, the theme of the ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ ‘resolve@75’ aims to focus on collective choices and decisions in shaping India’s destiny through individual citizens, social groups, and organizations empowered to play their role in structuring nation. It is only our collective determination, plans and efforts that will make it possible. This brings to life our commitment towards the ‘PLANT AND PEOPLE’ as it inspires a deep sense of ‘Purpose’


The theme of ‘action@75’ comes under the slogan of Prime Minister Modi ‘Sabka Saath Sabka Vikaas’ and other slogans that are related. Efforts to give India its rightful place in the new normal order emerging in the post-pandemic world highlight the steps taken to promote policies and commitments. An event that comes under action@75 includes ‘Gati Shakti National Master Plan for Multimodal connectivity.


Consisting of 75 events, the ‘acheivements@75’ reflects the overall achievements of the 75th Independence Day of India. It is intended to be a public record of all that we have accomplished as a 75-year-old independent nation with an ancient historical legacy of over 5,000 years. Programs under achievements@75 include initiatives like ‘Swarnim Vijay Varsh’ dedicated to the victory of 1971, the launch of ‘Shreshtha Yojana’ duringMahaparinivan Diwas etc.

 ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ is the festival dedicated to every individual in India, whom all played a vital role in taking our nation towards development. Together let’s make this festival memorable in the pages of the history of India.
