It becomes difficult for tech companies to introduce products to the market, especially when their excellence is in innovation rather than marketing. A similar company needed help in product awareness and recognition to thrive and showcase that they stand out from the crowd.

The Solution

The company was looking for ways to increase awareness of its products, especially in the ever-changing world of technology where new innovations rise quickly. They needed a way to market their product and get it into the hands of potential customers. We proposed that we could do that with Content Syndication for their Whitepaper.
Content Syndication is a way to get your content in front of as many people as possible using different channels.
Whitepaper Campaigns are a great way to share information about your products or services and get people interested in what you have to offer. They are also an excellent lead generation tool because they allow you to collect contact information from interested parties so you can follow up and continue building those relationships.

The Approach

The client was targetting customers from Canada only. We received a very well articulated Whitepaper from them that had all the features and benefits of their products.

We started off by collecting contacts from Canada that could be prospects and eventual buyers. The contacts had to be the IT Managers, Call Center Managers, and Customer Service Managers from any Industry except Government organizations, Non-profits, EDU, and hospitality. We reached more than 3 Contacts per Company for the companies with employee sizes of 1000+ to increase the efficiency and conversion rate.

After making a list of these leads, we introduced the client and its product to its potential prospects. Before sharing the whitepaper, we had to ask these contacts if they would like to go through it and learn more. Once that was done, we had to verify with these prospects again if they have received the whitepaper and if they went through it. If they downloaded the received whitepaper, they became qualified leads.

The client used these qualified leads, nurtured them, and converted them into paying customers. This campaign and the approach helped them increase their conversion rate and build a brand new sales pipeline with qualified leads.
