The Solution

The Client’s team found it difficult to convert their leads into paying customers. The root of the problem was not getting enough qualified leads. To tackle this challenge we started running MQL(Marketing Qualified Leads) campaigns for them. An MQL is a lead that has expressed an interest in your product or service but has not converted. This may be as simple as including their email address on your mailing list or downloading an ebook, but it can also include more advanced interactions, like filling out an assessment to see which of your products best suits their needs. Our whole focus was to bring in good quality leads so that the client does not use its resources on leads that have less possibility of converting into paying customers. This approach saves time and money and leads to a better conversion rate.

The Approach

We started gathering contacts through various social media platforms such that these contacts could be potential buyers. We also obtained a targeted account list from the client so that we can nurture these accounts as well. After collecting leads from social media accounts, we ran these contacts through 12+ Quality checks to verify them. These verified leads were given to our telemarketing team to share the information about the company, increase the lead’s curiosity and answer some questions to get an understanding of whether or not they could turn into a potential customer. If yes, we sent these leads to our Email Marketing team to ensure that every lead is informed about what the company had to offer. These emails were sent for the purpose of verifying the lead’s intention to buy and their ability to do so. After filtering out the leads from the email listing, we make a list of Marketing Qualified Leads which was then shared with the client.
